Morning yoga with Deb Brownstein & Kalya Scintilla to help you wake up!
Deb Brownstein brings her yoga classes back to Camp Bisco! This time, Kalya Scintilla will bring the beats. Join us at the Above the Waves Stage – Friday & Saturday from 10:30-11:30am. Please bring a mat if you can, but we’ll have a few you can borrow if you forget. Please remember to bring a healthy, refreshing drink — it can get warm out there, even in the morning! We are so thrilled to be able to offer yoga with legit musicians you love, and a great teacher, at Camp Bisco.

Daily Stretch Sessions
Lisa Shanken from Tri-Wellness will offer stretching sessions and wellness tips geared toward staying loose and enjoying Camp Bisco at your best. Look for Lisa & her team every day at the Electric City Lawn (main stage): she’ll be offering mini-classes prior to each set until 7pm. The class will meet near the HeadCount booth in the walkway just outside of the amphitheater tent — look for Lisa’s sign and listen for her megaphone! Lisa’s sessions start 15 minutes before the music, and take 10 minutes, so you’ll still have some time to get settled into your favorite spot after your stretch!
“BROWNIE 5K”
4th Annual Camp Bisco 5K with Marc Brownstein! The 5K will take place during the day on Friday, July 19 right around 11:30am.
The 5K race goes from the traffic circle at the very top of Montage Mountain Road, down to the baseball stadium. It’s an all-downhill, paved course and many folks have set their personal bests at our race before.
We are partnered with Kirby’s Race Timing to offer official timing with GPS chipped bibs and a finish line. We will provide water at the start and finish lines, distance and directional markers along the course, finish line photos, bus transportation back up the mountain (you get dropped off inside the festival where you started), and custom medals for all runners.
More information will be provided to all registered runners via email before the festival. You must have a Camp Bisco ticket to participate in our 5K.
