GENERAL INFO


Festival Check-In Times

All fans with RV Passes can arrive starting at 4pm on Wednesday, July 12.

Fans with VIP Parking for Camping can arrive at 8pm on Wednesday, July 12.

All other fans can arrive beginning at 10pm on Wednesday, July 12.

Box Office Info

Camp Bisco Credentials (wristbands / parking passes / etc.) can be picked up at the offsite box office location at the Shoppes at Montage. You can also purchase festival passes, upgrade to VIP or add Camping at the offsite box office. Camping add-on is $60 flat. VIP Upgrades are $300. Please note that all onsite Parking Passes are SOLD OUT.

Offsite Box Office/Shoppes at Montage: This is the only box office location for will call pickup and event purchases (including upgrades). Located at 1035 Shoppes Blvd, Moosic, PA 18507 (between Starbucks and the ATT store), this location opens Weds, July 12th at 10am and remains open until 10pm on Saturday.

Onsite Box Offices (Available for Customer Service Issues Only):

Circle Box Office: Located at the offsite shuttle drop-off point / entrance to the waterpark. This will be open from 7pm Wednesday through 10pm Saturday, and is the most easily accessible onsite location for everyone attending Camp Bisco.

Gate 3 Box Office: This is the entrance for onsite parking lot for camping. This location will be open from 7pm Wednesday through roughly 10pm on Friday. YOU MUST HAVE AN ONSITE PARKING FOR CAMPING PARKING PASS TO USE THIS CHECK-IN LOCATION, AND MAY BE TURNED AWAY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT PARKING PASS (ONSITE PARKING FOR CAMPING PARKING PASS or VIP PARKING FOR CAMPING

Foot Bridge Box Office: Located near the main Pavilion (amphitheater) entrance. This location will be open from noon to midnight on Wednesday; and 9am to midnight on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Festival Grounds:

When you are entering the festival grounds from the campground or as a non-camper, you will be subject to search. Please follow the Camping Guideline on What is Allowed / Prohibited.

There are some items that are allowed in the campground, but not allowed onto the festival grounds including: alcohol, tents, canopies, large bulk food items (small food items in clear packaging is OK) & cooking stoves.

Beers, Concessions & More:

We will have a wide variety of craft, import & domestic beers including a variety of specials. If you’re looking for mixed drinks, they are available at concession stands throughout the venue and will be crafted for the festival occasion.

Camp Bisco will have a large selection of food including classic concert foods such as: hot dogs, angus beef burgers, chicken fingers, pizza, french fries, funnel cake, gyros, fresh squeezed lemonade, water ice & more. We’ve also added festival favorites such as: portobello burgers, tacos, burritos, falafel, variety of wraps / sandwiches, rice bowls, pierogies, smoothies, breakfast options, coffee, donuts, Thai food, gourmet grilled cheese, bbq plus a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.

Water Stations:

There are multiple FREE water stations throughout the festival grounds. Please check the sitemap on our mobile app for approximate locations & make sure to stay Hydrated Camp Fam!

Restrooms:

Full service restrooms are located at the Waterpark and the South Plaza of the Pavilion/Electric City Stage. Lower level of the Montage Mountain Waterpark Lodge will be open 24 hours a day (except for cleaning). Portable Restrooms will be throughout the festival grounds and camping area.

Cell Phone Charging Stations:

Cell Phone charging stations will be available. See the sitemap on our mobile app for approximate locations.  

Showers:

Hot showers & outdoor showers are available at the Montage Mountain Waterpark. Hot showers are $5.

Ice:

Ice will be available in the campground, at the lodge and RV Parking area.

Clean Vibes – Recycling/Trash:

Upon check-in, campers will get a black bag for trash and a clear bag for recycling. We encourage campers to place their trash/recycling along the edge of the service road in the campground for easy pickup. 

Guest Services:

Guest Services will be located at the upper & lower box offices as well as the Lodge. Guest Services can help with lost & found items, accessibility seating, wristband issues & general festival questions.

Alcohol Checkpoint:

Due to PA liquor laws (Montage Mountain and The Pavilion are under separate liquor licenses), there is a checkpoint before you enter The Tunnel where you will be required to finish your alcoholic beverage before you proceed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

SAFETY + MEDICAL


Safety:

Your safety is our number 1 priority. Contact any staff member immediately if you see someone showing any of the following signs:

  • Won’t wake up
  • Vomiting
  • Blue, cold, pale or clammy skin / lips
  • Collapsing or passing out
  • Extreme Confusion, inability to follow basic commands
  • Seizures / Convulsions
  • Chest Pain or Difficulty Breathing

Remember, it takes a friend to save a friend.

Medical + Security:

There will be Medical Stations open 24 hours a day in the RV Lot & Campground HQ. There will also be Medical Stations located at each stage during festival hours. If you need any assistance, please contact any staff or security team member for help.

Hydrate:

STAY HYDRATED! It is extremely important to drink lots of water while you’re dancing & having fun at Camp Bisco. There are multiple Free Water Stations located throughout the RV Lot, Campgrounds & Festival Site. If you are having trouble locating a Water Station, ask any staff or security team member for directions.

PARKING


Offsite Parking:

If you do not have an onsite parking pass, you will be parking FREE of charge at the GOLD LOT (2 Glenmaura Dr. Moosic, PA 18507).

Once the Gold lot is full, the remainder of fans will park for FREE at Mariotti Lot (Mariotti Building Products 1 Louis Industrial Dr. Old Forge Pa  18518)

Once the Mariotti lot is full, the remainder of fans will park for  FREE at PNC Field (235 Montage Mountain Rd. Moosic, PA 18507).

Those parking offsite will be permitted onto the site on Wednesday, July 12 at 10pm est (if you arrive earlier, you will be turned away).

Please pay attention to all electronic road signs for the most up to date parking information.

DO NOT CAMP IN THESE PARKING LOTS, SURROUNDING LOTS OR NEIGHBORHOODS, AS YOU WILL BE FINED, TOWED & ARRESTED

Onsite Parking:

A Parking Pass will be required to be permitted onsite with a vehicle. Only acceptable passes are: Onsite Parking for Camping Pass, RV Pass, VIP Day Parking Pass, VIP Parking For Camping Pass, or ADA Camping Pass.

Fans with a RV Pass can arrive on site Wednesday, July 12 at 4pm.

Fans with a VIP Parking For Camping Pass can arrive on site Wednesday, July 12 at 8pm.

Everyone else can arrive on site Wednesday, July 12 at 10pm (if you arrive earlier, you will be turned away).

There are box offices located near all onsite parking lots:

  • Onsite Parking for Camping will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 3
  • VIP Parking For Camping will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 3
  • VIP Day Parking will follow Montage Mountain Rd to GATE 2
  • ONSITE RV’s will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 1 (see below for full RV information)
  • ADA Camping will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 3 please make sure you’ve coordinated with [email protected]
  • ADA/Handicap Day Parking with plate/placard will follow will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 2

Important note: Once you park onsite, you cannot leave and come back to park onsite. You will be directed to park in the offsite lots.

Parking Will Call:

If you need to pick up your Camp Bisco Parking Pass or RV Pass at Will Call, please head to the Offsite Box Office, located at the Shoppes of Montage. (1035 Shoppes Blvd, Moosic, PA 18507)

Parking Will Call will be open 24×7 from Wednesday at 10am until Saturday at 10pm.

CAMPING


Camping Check-In:

All fans with RV Passes can arrive starting at 4pm on Wednesday, July 12. Fans with VIP Parking for Camping can arrive at 8pm. All other fans can arrive beginning at 10pm on Wednesday.

Camping Check-in Instructions for fans parking ONSITE:

As you pull into Gate 3, please have your festival Wristband on your right wrist. Please have your camping parking passes & government issued ID out and ready for review at the check-in gate. All cars coming onsite and your personal belongings will be searched at this time. There is a box office at this location if someone in your vehicle needs to purchase a pass or go to will call.

After checking in and clearing the search, follow staff instructions for parking your vehicle in the camping parking lot, then take your gear and head to the closest marked wagon pickup. We don’t want anyone to go through security / searched more than once upon arrival, so please stay in the secured area and take the wagons directly to the campgrounds.

Camping Check-in Instructions for fans parking OFFSITE:

After you park in the offsite parking lot, please gather your belongings, have your festival Wristbands on your right wrist, and get your government issued ID ready for review at the check-in gate. You and your belongings will be searched at this point. Then you will enter the shuttle bus. The shuttle will drop you off onsite at the traffic loop. After you are dropped off, please head to the closest marked wagon pickup. We don’t want anyone to have to go through security / searched more than once upon arrival, so please stay in the secured area and take the wagons directly to the campgrounds. All gear (coolers, alcohol, camping stoves i.e. items not allowed onto festival grounds) must be transported to campgrounds via wagon.

Prohibited Items:

The following items are prohibited in the Camping/RV Area:

  • Sponsorship-branded or wrapped vehicles are prohibited and will not be allowed entry through the tollbooths
  • Tents with sponsorship-branding or logos of any kind
  • Pets of any kind (except service animals with current rabies vaccination)
  • Bulk alcohol over the amount in the Allowed Items, including kegs
  • Any item that can be used as a weapon, including wallet chains
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Medical or recreational-use marijuana   
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Open flame of any kind
  • Generators of any kind (except in RV area)
  • Golf carts or other motorized conveyances
  • Drones, remote-operated, and/or autonomous vehicles of any kind    
  • Heating appliances of any kind
  • Amplified sound systems (small ipod docks ok)
  • Tiki torches, fireworks, fuel, or incendiary devices of any kind.
  • Focus light beam devices, including laser pointers
  • Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods
  • Paint, Markers
  • Masks, Pacifiers, Stuffed Animals or Dolls
  • Flyers, Stickers, and Posters
  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Vitamins

Allowed Items:

The following items are allowed in the Camping/RV Area:

  • General camping items not on the Prohibited Items list (tent, canopies, tarps, etc)
  • One (1) bulk alcohol items per person in aluminum or plastic containers only. No glass containers of any kind. Campground only, festival site not permitted. Bulk alcohol” is defined as One (1) case (24 cans) of beer or malt-based beverage, One (1) 1.75 liter plastic bottle of hard alcohol or One (1) 4 liter box of wine.
  • Cooking appliances under the following conditions: Must bear a certification from a nationally-recognized certification agency. Must only use propane as the primary fuel, Maximum amount of propane per campsite may not exceed 20 pounds. Campground only, festival site not permitted
  • Prescription medications are allowed under the following conditions: Must be in the original prescription bottle. Guests with prescription medications must provide a government-issued photo ID that matches the name printed on the prescription container. The description of the medication must be printed on the prescription container. Multiple prescription medications may not be mixed into a single container – each individual medication requires its own prescription container. Medical personnel reserve the right to require guests to check in bulk amounts of prescription medication for the duration of the event.
  • Empty water bottles, including reusable and disposable water bottles
  • Empty CamelBak-style water bladder systems (please see special section below)
  • Non-professional cameras
  • Cell phones
  • Lighters
  • Sealed: cigarette packages, tampons, packs of gum, and chapstick/lip gloss
  • Factory Sealed / Non-refillable electronic or vapor cigarettes
  • Guide dogs for people with disabilities and other service animals with current rabies certification
  • Totems if built in a manner that is safe. No metal or wood. (no totems underneath the tent at the Electric City Stage)
  • Food – allowed in campground, but no bulk food may be brought from campgrounds into festival site (small clear bag only)

Special Note About CamelBak-style Water Bladder Systems: Although CamelBak-style water bladder systems are allowed empty into the venue, the water bladders themselves must be capable of being removed from the carrier and must be transparent enough to allow security to visually inspect the empty bladder. Additionally CamelBak-style bladder carriers must have no more than 2 main compartments and 1 small compartment. Any CamelBak-style water bladder that cannot be removed from the carrier and/or is not opaque enough for visual inspection, and any CamelBak-style bladder carriers larger than the allowed size will not be allowed into the venue.

Special Note About Prescription and OTC Medications: Prescription medication are allowed only in the original prescription bottle. Any guests attempting to bring in prescription medication must have a government-issued photo identification card that matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription.

Over-the-counter medications are allowed in provided that they are new and in the original, factory-sealed container.

RV Camping:

RV’s can begin checking in on Wednesday, July 12 at 4pm.

The RV Lot closes Sunday, July 16 at noon. All RV’s will enter at GATE 1, please have your festival Wristbands on your wrist, along with your RV parking pass, and government issued ID ready for review at the check-in gate. All patrons staying in the RV must have a camping wristband. If passengers in the RV do not have camping wristbands, they will have to go purchase at the box office.

Upon arrival, RV’s are subject to search. They will be directed to the RV parking area, with spaces available on a first come first served basis. Due to space limitations, no companion vehicles (including motorcycles) will be permitted in the lower lot and must be directed to the offsite parking lots. Towed vehicles (RV towed by a pickup, for example), must not exceed a combined length of 45’. Total space occupied by the RV (including awnings, extensions, furniture, grills, etc) may not exceed 20’ wide by 45’ deep.

Festival + Camping wristbands are required to enter the RV section of this lot. If you only have a Festival Wristband, please go to the nearest box office to upgrade it.

No electric or water hookups are provided with the RV parking pass, though waste water removal is available daily starting at 10am for a fee.

ADA Camping:

ADA Camping can be entered at Gate 3 in the upper parking lot. As you pull into Gate 3, please have your festival Wristband on your wrist, along with camping parking passes, government issued ID out and ready for review at the check-in gate. Your vehicle MUST have a state issued ADA license plate or hangtag for entry. All cars coming onsite and your personal belongings will be searched at this time. There is a box office at this location if someone in your vehicle needs to purchase or go to will call.

After checking in and clearing the search, follow staff instructions for parking your vehicle in the ADA Camping area. A dedicated ADA shuttle will be available to shuttle patrons from the waterpark to the Electric City and The Office stages.

Wildlife:

Please be aware of your surroundings in the campground as related to wildlife – specific areas will be marked. Remember we are in the mountains in the Northeast that mean it hosts a variety of wildlife including insects, snakes, deer, turkeys, etc. Please do not approach any wildlife and go to security for assistance. Additionally, keep a clean camp, put all food in containers and put trash in bags provided for pickup.

SHUTTLES


Offsite Parking Shuttles:

Shuttles from the GOLD LOT, Mariotti Lot & PNC Field to Camp Bisco will run 24/7 from Wednesday, July 12 at 10pm – Sunday, July 16 at noon.

Do NOT try to walk to Camp Bisco at Montage Mountain from offsite lots. The road is very dark and dangerous. Take the shuttle for your safety and convenience.

The GOLD LOT is located at 2 Glenmaura Dr. Moosic, PA 18507

MARIOTTI LOT is located at 1 louis industrial drive Old Forge Pa  18518

PNC Field is located at 235 Montage Mountain Rd. Moosic, PA 18507

Hotel Shuttles:

For those staying in local hotels on the Mountain, definitely grab a hotel shuttle pass for the easiest, safest Camp Bisco transportation experience.

You can purchase Shuttle Passes HERE for $30(+fees) until July 12 at 11:59pm EST. After that time, passes will be available on-site at each Hotel Shuttle Stop for $40.

Hotel Shuttle pickup and drop off is near Gate 1. Shuttles run from 30 minutes before music until 30 minutes after music.  

Hotel Shuttle Passses can be purchased/picked up at any one of the 3 pickup locations:

  •       Hampton Inn / Comfort Suites
  •       Courtyard
  •       Towne Place Suites / Spring Hill

Camp Bisco Tips:


ID Guidelines:

Acceptable:

  • US government-issued driver license or ID card displaying a photograph and date of birth
  • US or foreign government-issued passport displaying a photograph and date of birth
  • Foreign government-issued driver license with a color photocopy of a foreign government-issued passport with both documents displaying both a photograph and date of birth      

Not Accepted:

  • School identification cards
  • Consular identification cards
  • Expired identification of any kind, even if listed on the “Acceptable” list
  • Birth certificates
  • Photocopies of any identification document except as noted in the “Acceptable” list

Once You Arrive:

Scope out the area. Once you arrive, check out the locations of water stations, washrooms, rest areas and first aid tents so you know where these places are.

Stay hydrated. Ensure you drink plenty of water regularly throughout the event. You can mix it up with electrolyte drinks every so often to top up your energy levels, but avoid caffeinated energy drinks, especially if you’re drinking alcohol.

Consume alcohol responsibly. Pace yourself. Festivals can mean long days!

Getting Here:

Allow extra time to get here. Thousands of people are all going to the same place, so it will inevitably be busy. Summer in the city can also mean road closures, so be sure to map out your route in advance to ensure your travel arrangements are as smooth as possible.

Expect to wait in line upon arrival. Be patient and make friends with those around you.

Be ready for a security check. Some items don’t belong at festivals, and these items are all listed above. Check your ticket confirmation email to find out what items are permitted and which ones are prohibited.

Prepare in Advance:

During the day, dress for the heat. If you’re heading to a festival in the thick of summer, avoid heavy clothing or dress in layers so that items can be removed as necessary. Lightweight clothing that provides sun protection is ideal.

Make sure to bring a sweatshirt, light jacket, etc. for when the sun sets. Montage Mountain can get chilly at night in the summer.

Be prepared for rain. Come with a plastic poncho that you can pull out if needed, as well as a small plastic bag for your cell phone, cash, ID, etc. (consider leaving your wallet at home to lighten the load and just bring the essentials!).

Wear comfortable footwear. You will be on your feet for most of the day so, it’s best to choose function over fashion. Also, keep potential rain in mind when choosing your footwear — it could get muddy

Camping? Bring a wagon to lug your stuff. Think industrial wagon, not a radio flyer!

Don’t forget accessories! Sunscreen, hats and sunglasses are all festival must-haves. And want to spend all day front and centre of the stage? That’s awesome. We recommend that you consider using hearing protection.

Time-stamp your text messages. It will be loud, and many attendees rely on text messages to communicate with friends onsite, especially if there are multiple stages and their location is constantly shifting. Given the volume of cell activity in the area, messages can be delayed. Time-stamped messages ensure your friends know what time you sent a text message and are not heading to meet you at a location you were at an hour ago and have since moved from.

Bring a USB or portable phone charger. Camp Bisco has cell phone charging stations, so come prepared with your charger. If you don’t want to get stuck hanging around the charging station, a portable charger will also do the trick!

Come well-rested. It helps to get a good night’s sleep before hitting a festival, and don’t forget to eat a big meal beforehand, so you can keep your energy level up all day.

It’s always better with friends, right? Have a trusted festival friend in tow. Make a plan for how you’ll stay connected throughout the event. Designate a meeting spot, should cell phones get lost or reception fails. Look out for your friends, and have them look out for you!
